Despite previously saying that the only Assassin’s Creed games to see release this fall are Assassin’s Creed II on the PC, PS3 and Xbox 360 and Bloodlines on the PSP, another games in the series has appeared, Assassin’s Creed II: Discovery. Where did this game show up? On UK retailer Play.com’s website.
What do we know about Assassin’s Creed II: Discovery? Well it’s on the Nintendo DS, is apparently set to release on November 20 (the same day as the other games), and… that’s about it. No screenshots, videos, feature list, or even an announcement. Discovery would be the franchise’s second foray onto Nintendo’s portable, the first being Altair’s Chronicles, but the less Discovery is like Altair’s Chronicles the better. It was… less than stellar.
